Description
Cheesy, protein-packed chicken breasts stuffed with mozzarella and ranch seasoning, optionally wrapped in bacon. An easy low-carb dinner ready in 30 minutes.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6–8 oz each)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
8 slices bacon (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
2. Mix mozzarella, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. Stuff cheese mixture into chicken. Season outside with salt and pepper.
4. Wrap with bacon if using. Secure with toothpicks.
5. Heat olive oil in skillet. Sear chicken 2–3 mins per side.
6. Transfer skillet to oven. Bake 20–25 mins until 165°F internal temperature.
7. Remove toothpicks, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
Use gluten-free ranch to make the recipe 100% gluten-free.
Skip bacon to reduce fat content.
Store leftovers in airtight container for 4 days or freeze for 2 months.
