Description

Savory, cheesy keto carnivore pizza muffins packed with protein, perfect for meal prep and satisfying your pizza cravings.

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20) or preferred ground meat
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 12 slices of pepperoni
  • Optional: 1/4 cup cooked bacon, chopped

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

2. Brown the ground meat in a skillet; season with salt, pepper, garlic, and Italian seasoning.

3. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, mozzarella, and parmesan until combined.

4. Stir in the cooked meat and optional bacon.

5. Spoon mixture into muffin tin, filling each about 3/4 full.

6. Top each muffin with a pepperoni slice.

7. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown and set.

8. Let cool 5 minutes before removing from tin and serving.

Notes

You can swap ground beef with pork, turkey, or chicken.

To freeze: wrap each cooled muffin and store up to 2 months.

For best reheating, use oven or air fryer to restore crispiness.
