A creamy, no-bake jello key lime pie with bright citrus flavor and a fluffy whipped topping—perfect for summer or quick entertaining.
Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz) package lime gelatin
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water or ice
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust
Instructions
1. Dissolve lime jello in boiling water and whisk until fully melted.
2. Add cold water or ice cubes and stir to cool.
3. Whisk in the condensed milk until smooth.
4. Fold in whipped topping gently until fully combined.
5. Pour mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
7. Serve with extra whipped topping or lime zest.
Notes
To make it lower in sugar, use sugar-free jello and light condensed milk.
For a protein boost, swap Cool Whip for whipped Greek yogurt and add protein powder.
