Description

Festive, fun, and kid-friendly, these Halloween Chicken Parm Sliders combine crispy chicken tenders, marinara, gooey mozzarella “teeth,” and olive “eyeball” toppers for the ultimate spooky-season bite.

Ingredients

8 frozen chicken tenders

8 slider buns

8 slices mozzarella cheese (cut into jagged “teeth”)

3/4 cup marinara sauce

16 green olives stuffed with pimento

Toothpicks

Instructions

1. Cook chicken tenders according to package instructions.

2. Using a paring knife, trim one edge of each mozzarella slice into sharp, jagged teeth.

3. Skewer two green olives onto a toothpick to create “eyes.” Repeat for each slider.

4. Warm marinara in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering.

5. Spread 1 tablespoon marinara on each bottom bun. Add chicken tender, extra sauce if desired, and mozzarella teeth facing outward.

6. Top with the bun, secure with olive eyes, and serve immediately.

Notes

Cheese teeth and olive eyes can be prepped up to 3 days in advance and stored in an airtight container in the fridge.

For best presentation, assemble just before serving.
